		<description>Bet you guys can&#039;t wait to see that red dot start moving along, but with all the last minute preparations, I guess you have your hands full.  I imagine it is fun packing up those neat little packages of shoes and warm socks, vitamins and such to meet you along the way.  Looking forward to seeing you two off.  Ricky, I noticed the trail goes through the Grayson Highland State Park in Virginia, where you all ran among all those tiny wild ponies.  By the time you get there the old expression, &quot;so hungry I could eat a horse&quot; may take on a more literal meaning!  Love, Mom</description>
