Hi Brandon & Ricky,
Just got back home and looking forward already to joining you at Harpers Ferry if I can get the time off from work. Still pending there. If so, I will expect to meet on May 5th unless I can get transportation on Sunday May 4th, but I don’t think so.
If I come do you each want new shoes?

Penman, That is a simply beautiful description of long distance hiking. I don’t care what they call you on the trail, you are Penman now to me. I hope the new soles carry you both far along. Ricky, when you get up to Shenandoah, you hop up early, remember how I always tell you, all the wildlife you are going to see you see between 6:30 and 7:30 in the morning. Just wanted to let you know that I just sat here and read every single blog entry. I think that it is so cool that you are doing this and I’m living vicariously through you and your blog.
