yes John ! I know morels ( morilles in french over here we like them a lot , it was the good season next month in Camurac…this WE we found 4 “cèpes “above the chalet!! …when do u come again and taste it in Pyrenées ?

I forgot to mention that the guys have been picking wild mushrooms to add to their gruel. They are called morels and seem to be very treasured by locals and hikers alike. JAC, they are like the cepes in the Pyrenees. Maybe they will not be arrested here though for picking them. They have also tried ramps, which are a wild onion but they did not find them favorable to their taste.

GREAT PICTURES! Thanks for the mothers day pictures. Y’all are shadows of your former selves. Love the ice cream idea. Must try that sometime. Or maybe we can put Chris’s girlfriend, Nichole, up to it since she’s been into the typing challenge with Trill. (At the halfway point, there is a station where you eat either a half a gallon of ice cream as fast as you can, or a whole gallon as fast as you can. Roundhouse went for the whole gallon and wound up chilling for the next hour. Silly fun! Nichole you are going for less than 12 minutes on half a gallon.) Donna
